3.1 We collect information when:
• use or access our website or application, for example, when you complete the “passenger details” section during the making of a reservation, even if you do not complete it.

• use our services, even when traveling with us, use the airports where we operate or our facilities, for example, the VIP lounges within those airports.

We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties and we only use it in accordance with this Policy.
Air Century and our advertising management companies will use your information, such as your browsing activities and other online activities, to provide you with advertising notices while using Air Century Online Services or other online services that we believe might interest you. Some of these advertisements may be designed to return to our Online Services. Likewise, advertising rendering services, advertisers and other third parties may use Tracking Technologies in Air Century Online Services and Third Party Services to track their activities at different times and services, and customize the ads according to their activities, which may include sending you an ad on a Third Party Service or a third-party device after you leave the Online Services.
We only base our use of your personal data on the legitimate interests that we have when we consider that they are not nullified by the interests or rights of the individual.
Please note that you can always withdraw your consent to process your information at any time, as described in section 7.
4.1 Legal requirements
Whenever permitted or required by law, we may use your personal information when necessary to comply with a reasonable request made by a regulatory or legal compliance authority, entity or agency, or in the defense of legal claims. We may also use or disclose your information (including third-party companies) to verify charges, establish or collect debts, fight fraud or protect the rights or property of Air Century, our customers, our service providers, our affiliated companies, Our Online Services and our users.
4.2 And if I don’t provide this information?
In some cases, we have a legal obligation to collect certain information from you to provide the services you requested, such as Secure Flight passenger data or advanced passenger information when making a reservation to fly within the US. UU., To or out of this country, or for international travel from point to point. If this information is not provided, we cannot provide the service. In some circumstances we need your information to fulfill our contract with you or to provide products and services, such as payment details and, sometimes, credit verification information. If you do not give us this information, we may not be able to establish or comply with the contract, or provide you with the products and services.
4.3 Authorization on behalf of another passenger
When you provide us with information about your travel companions (if, for example, you make a reservation on their behalf), you confirm that you have obtained the authorization of these people to provide us with your information and you also have their consent to use it in accordance with this Policy Of privacy. If you cannot make these confirmations, you must not provide us with personal information about these people.
4.4 Disclosure of personal information to passengers traveling under the same reservation
When you make a reservation, you will be provided with a reservation reference such as the confirmation number or the history locator number. The reference of your reservation must be kept confidential at all times. The disclosure of the reference of your reservation to other passengers may allow you to access the details of your reservation in all our systems. If you travel with other people on the same reservation and do not want those people to know the details of your individual reservation, you can select to have each person make and pay for the reservations separately.
5. DATA RETENTION
Only the information provided for travel authorizations, purchases and related activities will be stored in our operating systems as necessary to provide the services you requested. We take all reasonable precautions to preserve all information obtained in connection with the Online Services protected against unauthorized access and use and periodically review our security measures.
When you affirmatively provide us with Personal Information such as your name, address, telephone number, credit card information, travel details, etc., make a reservation or use any feature of the Air Century Online Service, your information is encrypted and transferred through a secure connection, available in most Internet browsers. The lock icon found in most browsers will be closed and the first characters of the website address will change from “http” to “https” when accessing a secure server. Please note that if you provide information outside of a secure server, Air Century cannot guarantee that the information is protected with appropriate protection measures. Once we receive your information, we store it under a secure firewall system that blocks access to information from outside our network. Only individuals authorized by Air Century and our approved companies described in this policy have access to your information.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
This section corresponds only to people who reside in the European Union and in other countries that grant the rights described here.
7.1 Requesting a copy of your information
To the extent permitted by law, you can ask us to confirm whether or not we process your personal information.
7.2 Right to rectification of personal data
If you believe that the personal information we have about you is not correct, you may request that we correct it. You can also ask us to complete your personal information that is incomplete.
7.3 Right to be deleted from your personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
You may request the deletion of your personal information in certain circumstances. For example, you can request removal if:
• Personal information is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or processed for another purpose.
• You have withdrawn your consent and we have no legal reason to process personal information.
• You have exercised your right to object to the processing of personal information and we have no legitimate reasons that allow us to continue processing.
In certain circumstances, we may deny a request for deletion, for example, if we need to use personal data to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, file or defend legal claims. If you exercise your right and request removal, this action will potentially delete the records we have for your benefit.
8. TSA SECURE FLIGHT PROGRAM
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) protects all passengers and luggage of commercial airlines.
As part of the TSA’s mission to protect US airports, the TSA requests that you provide such Personal Information, such as your full name, date of birth and sex for the review of the list of suspects, pursuant to Article 49 , section 114 of the US Constitution. UU., The Intelligence and Terrorism Prevention Reforms Act of 2004 and 49 C.F.R parts 1540 and 1560. The TSA may also ask you to provide certain Biometric Data, such as fingerprint scans and facial recognition data. If you do not provide your full name, date of birth, sex or any other information required by the TSA, you will be denied transportation or authorization to enter the boarding area. The TSA may share the information you provided to us with the police, intelligence agencies or others, in accordance with its published system of record information. 11. DATA TRANSFER
Air Century is based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and we may transfer personal information in compliance with the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and other jurisdictions where Air Century provides services.
For European residents: Some of the countries where Air Century provides services may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in your location. If we must transfer personal data outside the European Union, we will take the necessary measures to ensure that your personal data is protected when you leave. In particular, we request the third parties to whom we transfer your data that they accept to be governed by the Model Clauses approved by the European Commission, and allowed according to Article 46 of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR). This provision includes cases in which it is necessary to transfer information for the conclusion of a contract between us and you, and when the transfer is necessary in relation to legal procedures.
