That is why we would like you to know what information we collect when you use an Air Century website (www.aircentury.com, its subdomains and any other website owned, operated and/or controlled by Air Century). We also want to make sure you understand how your information is protected, how it is used and our legal basis for doing so. By using the Air Century Online Services, you accept this policy and the practices it describes.

All the information described in this Privacy Policy is processed by Air Century S.A., (“ACSA”, “we”, “us”, “our” or “our”) as data controller. This Privacy Policy describes our practices related to the use, storage and disclosure of personal information that you collect from or about you when you interact with us during the provision of our commercial air travel services, secondary services or other services. our website AirCentury.com (“website”). This Privacy Policy also describes the way in which we process the personal data of the people who represent our customers and commercial suppliers.

Air Century reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice. We will post any changes on our website.

This privacy policy is not a contract and does not create any legal rights or obligations.

3. HOW WE COLLECT AND RECEIVE YOUR INFORMATION

3.1 We collect information when:

• use or access our website or application, for example, when you complete the “passenger details” section during the making of a reservation, even if you do not complete it.

Likewise, advertising rendering services, advertisers and other third parties may use Tracking Technologies in Air Century Online Services and Third Party Services to track their activities at different times and services, and customize the ads according to their activities, which may include sending you an ad on a Third Party Service or a third-party device after you leave the Online Services.

We only base our use of your personal data on the legitimate interests that we have when we consider that they are not nullified by the interests or rights of the individual.

4.1 Legal requirements

4.4 Disclosure of personal information to passengers traveling under the same reservation

When you make a reservation, you will be provided with a reservation reference such as the confirmation number or the history locator number. The reference of your reservation must be kept confidential at all times. The disclosure of the reference of your reservation to other passengers may allow you to access the details of your reservation in all our systems. If you travel with other people on the same reservation and do not want those people to know the details of your individual reservation, you can select to have each person make and pay for the reservations separately.

5. DATA RETENTION

We store your information for as long as required by law or for the time necessary to support the business purposes described in section 4 of this Privacy Policy and in accordance with our record retention policies. In general, this storage will be (i) at least, for as long as our relationship exists, (ii) for as long as you can file a claim against us and so that we can defend ourselves, and (iii) during the time required by aviation tax laws and other regulations and laws in force.

Only the information provided for travel authorizations, purchases and related activities will be stored in our operating systems as necessary to provide the services you requested. We take all reasonable precautions to preserve all information obtained in connection with the Online Services protected against unauthorized access and use and periodically review our security measures.

When you affirmatively provide us with Personal Information such as your name, address, telephone number, credit card information, travel details, etc., make a reservation or use any feature of the Air Century Online Service, your information is encrypted and transferred through a secure connection, available in most Internet browsers. Please note that if you provide information outside of a secure server, Air Century cannot guarantee that the information is protected with appropriate protection measures. 8. TSA SECURE FLIGHT PROGRAM

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) protects all passengers and luggage of commercial airlines.

As part of the TSA’s mission to protect US airports, the TSA requests that you provide such Personal Information, such as your full name, date of birth and sex for the review of the list of suspects, pursuant to Article 49 , section 114 of the US Constitution. UU., The Intelligence and Terrorism Prevention Reforms Act of 2004 and 49 C.F.R parts 1540 and 1560. The TSA may also ask you to provide certain Biometric Data, such as fingerprint scans and facial recognition data. If you do not provide your full name, date of birth, sex or any other information required by the TSA, you will be denied transportation or authorization to enter the boarding area.
