We offer a range of payment solutions to make the purchasing of tickets and ancillaries as simple and safe as possible. Below we list the available payment methods.
Credit & Debit Cards
At Air Century we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other international cards. When you book your ticket online with us we protect your transaction with robust SSL encryption, 3D Secure, and other fraud detection facilities.
This is by far the most simple form of payment. This secure payment method ensures immediate settlement meaning that you can be rest assured that your tickets are confirmed.
Please note that when using this payment method you must present the following documents at the airport on the day of your trip or before:
- credit card used for purchase
- photo ID
Otherwise, you may not be able to board.
If you have a voucher available, you may use this to make a payment. You will need to have the customer confirmation code associated with the voucher.
Cash payments are accepted in two ways. Bookings can be made through our call center agent sales department and paid for in cash at any of our airport ticket sales counters OR at our brand new kiosk in Agora Mall.
Please note that payment must be received within 24 hours of reservation having been made otherwise your booking will not be confirmed, and your selected fare may not be available.
If you prefer not to enter your credit card details online, you may securely send your payment via electronic bank transfer. For more information you must contact a sales agent via our call center.
Our call center is available for customers to make reservations between 7am and 7pm, 7 days a week. The call center does not accept credit card payments. You may speak with a call center representative dialing +1(809) 826-4333.
