Baggage Basics
Each fare includes a carry-on bag and the first checked bag free plus a personal item (such as a handbag) that you may take on board. Additional checked bags and overweight items are subject to space availability on the aircraft and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations and Changes
All changes are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. If you wish to cancel your ticket, your ticket will remain valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Special Assistance
We offer mobility assistance and wheelchairs in all the airports where we operate. We also offer transportation services to unaccompanied minors between 5 to 13 years of age. Special service requests must be made more than 48 hours before the departure of your flight.
Payment Methods
We offer a range of payment options to make purchasing tickets and booking flights as simple and secure as possible. We remind our customers that when making web purchases with a credit card, they must present the card at the check-in counter before their flight for security and verification purposes.

Pet Travel
The cost o pet transportation in cabin is $100 USD per way. The transport of pets in the baggage hold is subject to space availability.
